         This appeal by the Assessee is directed against the order of the Ld.
Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals-II), Dehradun dated 09.6.2011 pertaining
to assessment year 2004-05.
2. At the outset, Ld. Counsel of the assessee prayed that assessee may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. 3. Upon hearing both the parties, we allow the above prayer of the assessee. Hence, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In the result, the Appeal filed by the assessee stands dismissed. Order pronounced in the Open Court on 24/2/2014, upon conclusion of hearing.
