                                         ORDER

PER DR. S.T.M. PAVALAN, JM:

        This appeal filed by the Assessee is directed against the order dated
29.06.2012 passed by the Director of Income Tax (Exemption), Parel Mumbai u/s
12AA (1)(b)(ii) read with section 12A of the Income Tax Act.






2.      Assessee, vide application dated 27.02.2014 has requested for the permission
to withdraw its appeal. The learned Departmental Representative has not raised any
objection to such prayer. We, therefore, permit the assessee to withdraw its appeal,
which hereby stands dismissed as withdrawn.

        Order pronounced in the open court on this 6th day of March, 2014.
