As you are well aware that the Committee on Management Accounting conducts Master in Business Finance Certificate Course. The course provides an in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of theoretical as well as practical aspects of Business Finance to the participants.The Committee has so far successfully organized eight batches at various locations like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore. The 9th batch is currently going on at Delhi & Mumbai.
We are pleased to inform you that Committee on Management Accounting (CMA), ICAI is proposing to launch 10th Batch of Master in Business Finance Certificate Course (MBFCC) at Mumbai and Delhi.
The Course covers various topics of advanced financial management like Capital Market, Investment Banking, Fund Raising & Fund Management, Corporate Valuation, Merger & Acquisitions, Banking , Forex Market, Treasury Management, Risk Management etc. with an aim to provide knowledge and skills required for tomorrow’s CFO and high end consultancy in finance

The duration of the Master in Business Finance Certificate Course will be of 1 year in which 200hrs of class room teaching (on Saturdays and Sundays) will be imparted. Participants will be provided the study material. There will also be two full time mandatory Residential Programmes of one week each at Hyderabad to guide the students in undertaking practical and innovative project work by eminent faculty members.

Members interested may register for the said course by applying in a prescribed form and by paying an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand). The fees for Two Residential Programmes at Centre of Excellence, Hyderabad is Rs. 20,000 (Rs. Twenty thousand only) in addition to registration fees.
