Sub: Regarding Clearance of parking area of the office of Regional Director (North Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs by 1.30 pm on 9th March, 2016.

You may be aware that 10th March, 2016 is being celebrated as CISF Day- 2016 and the security arrangements are required to be made the previous day i.e., 9th March, 2016. 

In view of the security reasons on the occasion of CISF Day-2016, members are requested to leave the premises of the office of Regional Director (North Region) at 1.30 P.M. on 09th March, 2016. 

This is to bring to the notice of the members that all the hearings scheduled on that day would be taken up by the Regional Director (NR) in the first half of the day i.e., 9th March, 2016 

In case of any inconvenience in the 1st half, members may request the office of Regional Director (NR) for adjournment. 

Members concerned are earnestly requested to note and kindly plan accordingly.
