Times internet has roped in Mrinal Kanti Dhara as General Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions. In an internal email sourced by exchange4media, Joy Basu, Chief Financial Officer, Times Internet said, “I'm pleased to introduce Mrinal Kanti Dhara, who has joined TIL as part of my team, as Chief Manager – Mergers and Acquisitions.”

Prior to joining Times Internet Limited, Dhara was working as Sr. Manager - Corporate Strategy at HCL.

Dhara comes with impeccable academic credentials. He holds B Tech and M Tech degrees in mechanical engineering from IIT Kharagpur, where he was awarded the 1st rank in his final semester. He also holds a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and brings with him seven years of work experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and business planning with Deutsche Bank, Essar and HCL.
