'Govt and SEBI have come to a consensus which is historically public sector companies cant leave the market because investors also need quality papers.'
'What the govt has concluded is that for the capital market to work efficiently and for the other companies to access the capital market there needs to be a exit route. Can't be like Hotel California where you can check in but never check out,' says Harsh Pais, Partner, Trilegal.
