during FY 2019-2020.
Directorate of Skill De,·elopment (DS D) is implementing ari ous skill development programme
funded by Central and State Go,·ernment like Capaci ty Building and Technical Assistant
cheme of Mini strv of Do l ER. Goi Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna-2.0 scheme of
ltinistry of kill Development and Entrepreneurship. Goi. ational Backward Classes Financial
Development Corporation funded programme. Border Area Development Programme etc.
through Private and Govt. Training Partners.
The Directorate intends to conduct audi t for all the completed a nd o ngoing schemes
implemented by DSD through valid C&AGI empanelled Chartered Accountant firms (CA
Firms).
I he interes ted Chartered Accountant firms may s ubmit scaled proposal as per prescribed format
(Annexure-!/) to the office of the undersigned. super scri bed '"ith · Expression of Interest for
conducting Audit during FY 2019-20" by IY ivla~. 2019. 5:00 P.M. through Speed

Post/Registered Post/Co urier Services/ by hand. The firm should quote scheme wise financial
rate in the prescribed format. Scheme wise lowest quoted firm wo uld be selected for conducting
audit.
The list o f documents need to be submitted along wi th proposal is enclosed in A nnexure- I. The
proposal would be o pened in next day 16th :vtay. 20 19 at 12:00 P.M in presence of bidders. The
Directorate is not respons ible for any kind of postal delay and no request shall be e ntertained
after 15th May, 2019. 5:00 P.M. The fee q uoted by the firm shall be valid for the entire contract
period.

i) Copy of empanelment letter of C & AGI for the FY 20 18-20 19 and FY 2019-20.
ii) Registration certificate of the firm issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India (ICAI).
iii) Copy of Membership Card ofthe Partners issued by ICAI.
iv) Copy of latest work order received from any Government Organization/autonomous
bodies/PSU.
v) Copy of PAN card of the CA Firm.
vi) Copy of GST Registration of the Firm.
Note: All the pages should be numbered and properly indexed. If any of the proposals is found to
be without proper signature, page numbers and index, it will be liable for rejection.
