The Ministry of Corporate Affairs after considering various queries/issues/concerns in the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules thereunder has constituted a Companies Law Committee to make recommendations to the Government on issues arising from the implementation of the Companies Act, 2013.

Further, this is to mention here that the Companies Law Committee has invited comments/suggestions to assist its deliberations and it has also been requested that the professionals should route their suggestions through their respective institutes. (For companies, it has been requested to come through Industry Chambers)

The members are requested to submit their suggestions on the Email ID - companieslawsuggestions@icai.in latest by 15th July, 2015 so that the same may be compiled and submitted to the Ministry.
