In partial modification of our letter of even number dated 9th June, 2016, the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 351st meeting held on 12th February, 2016, has also nominated CA. Mangesh P. Kinare, FCA as a member of the Group to formulate modalities in respect of Revised Guidelines of Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and MDP as recommended by the Group on LLP & MDP.
