1. The National Highways Infra Investment Managers Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “NHIIMPL”) on behalf of National Highways Infra Trust (hereinafter referred to as “NHIT” or “InvIT”), and National Highways Infra Projects Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “NHIPPL”) invites bids from the empaneled Chartered Accountant (CA) firms of NHAI for selection of Statutory and Tax Auditor(s) for NHIPPL & NHIT as detailed in this RFP.

2. Statutory and Tax Auditor(s) will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection Method as described in this RFP and in accordance with the practices of InvIT.
