Catherine Harlow is AstraZeneca’s new head of transfer pricing, taking on her new role earlier this month.

Harlow, a frequent speaker at TP Minds and other transfer pricing conferences, joins the London pharmaceuticals firm after leading transfer pricing at RELX Group, where she was head of transfer pricing for ten years.

At RELX Group, Harlow managed a multinational team that advised the group’s business divisions worldwide on how to manage, plan, and defend their transfer pricing. She also led RELX Group’s transfer pricing documentation effort and negotiations with tax authorities on transfer pricing matters, including advance pricing agreements.

Prior to joining the RELX Group, Harlow was a transfer pricing senior manager with Deloitte for over 9 years.
