New team takes charge of ICAI Baroda branch

A new managing committee has been elected at Baroda branch of Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). For the year 2012, chartered accountant (CA) Pradeep Agrawal has been elected as chairman, while CA Nayan Kothari has been elected as secretary of Baroda branch of ICAI's WIRC.

Apart from Agrawal and Kothari, the new managing committee includes chartered accountants Ashish Parikh as vice-chairman, Yash Bhatt as treasurer, Rajesh Shah as ex-officio member, Manilal Parsiya as immediate past chairman, Viral Shah, Arpan Dodia and Hitesh Shah as other committee members.

The new office-bearers informed that during the year 2011, the Baroda branch under chairmanship of CA Manilal Parsiya had received the best branch award at all India level at New Delhi and was also conferred the best branch award at regional level at Mumbai.
