Stay on assessment and recovery proceedings extended till 30th November

Central Board of Direct Taxes has extended the stay on all assessment and recovery proceedings relating to assessments reopened specifically to reassess the claim for deduction under Section 80 HHC of the Income Tax Act from 31st October 2005 to 30th November 2005.
