IFA seminar on global taxation |

The India Branch of International Fiscal Association will hold a seminar on `tax challenges in globalised era' here on September 1 and 2.
Tax experts from India and abroad will discuss a host of issues such as taxation of permanent establishment, SEZ laws, tax treatment on payment of royalty and fees for technical services, laws relating to cross border mergers and acquisitions and opportunities in China and Mauritius.
"The seminar is intended to equip the participants with the necessary skill sets to take timely and appropriate decisions to address the critical issues emerging out of transactions," a release says.
The seminar is organised jointly by IFA, Madras Management Association and Ernst & Young.
